TeleRanked is an independent telehealth comparison service that rates 83 online health providers across 15 categories on a transparent, 6-factor rubric. Every star rating is computed, not hand-set, and includes public sentiment researched from Trustpilot and Reddit. Rankings are never for sale.

Telehealth exploded from a niche convenience into the front door of American healthcare. Dozens of providers now compete for the same patients, with wildly different pricing, quality and fine print, and almost no neutral way to compare them.

We started TeleRanked in 2025to fix that. We independently test and rank online health services across every major category, weight loss, mental health, primary care, men's and women's health and more, so you can choose the right one without wading through marketing.

What makes us different

• Independence first. No provider pays for placement. Read our methodology for exactly how scores are assigned.
• Listings, not kickbacks. We make money from optional paid profile listings that clinics manage themselves, never from rankings. Payment cannot buy a better score.
• Evidence-based. Every roundup is built on a published rubric and reviewed for clinical accuracy.

How we research providers

For each provider we record structured, verifiable data points: starting price, pricing model, founding year, headquarters, what conditions it treats, and which insurance types it accepts (Commercial, Medicaid or Medicare, or cash-pay). We then score it 0 to 5 across six weighted dimensions, clinical quality (25%), value (20%), public sentiment (20%), access (15%), support (15%) and transparency (5%), and the overall star rating is the weighted average.

Public sentiment is researched from third-party review platforms such as Trustpilot and community discussion on Reddit, so a provider's score reflects real patient experience, not just our own. That is why regulatory red flags surface in our ratings: providers facing FTC, DOJ, FDA or BBB actions are scored down even when their own marketing looks polished.
