How we make money

TeleRanked keeps its reviews free with a single, simple revenue source: optional paid listings. A telehealth clinic can claim its profile to manage the information we show, add details and media, and link to its own website.

What payment does and does not affect

Claiming a profile only affects the listing itself. It does notchange a provider's rank, rating, review or placement anywhere on the site. We do not run affiliate links and earn no commission when you choose a provider.

How our rankings stay independent

Every provider is scored the same way against our published methodology, whether or not they pay. A claimed listing earns no editorial advantage. Paid profiles are clearly marked as claimed so you always know what you are looking at.

For clinics

If you run a telehealth practice, you can claim and manage your profile. We will never make a provider's independent review depend on whether they pay.

Brands we are affiliated with

TeleRanked's parent company also operates a small number of telehealth brands, including Recovery Delivered, Cost Plus TRT and RxPepsDirect. These are clearly marked with an ownership disclosure on their profiles. To keep our rankings fair, affiliated brands are scored on the exact same independent rubric as every other provider, and our ownership never changes their rating or placement.
