TB-500 was one of the seven peptides the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed on July 23, 2026, for the 503A Bulks List, with FDA briefing documents recommending against listing. The vote is advisory and the FDA decides separately, but a finalized exclusion would remove the licensed-compounding route.
