Talkspace provides online therapy and psychiatry through subscriptions or insurance, with messaging and live sessions plus medication management on its psychiatry plans. It does not prescribe controlled substances, so ADHD stimulants and benzodiazepines are not available. Universal Health Services completed its acquisition of Talkspace in August 2026.
